In 1913, Camps Bay became part of the City of Cape Town and the first plots were sold on the beachfront and where South Beach Grand Suites is now located, was one of these first houses constructed more than a 100 years ago.

Sadly, all these properties from that period have been demolished…..with the exception of this one last house which was recently purchased by the owner of South Beach, Tony Stern.

He decided rather than to demolish this house, to restore it to its original splendid exterior but with a fully modern interior of 120m2 each.

Located adjacent to South Beach Hotel, guests have full access to all the hotel facilities including the gym, 2 bars, 2 swimming pools, use of the concierge service as well as private reserved parking.
